Please note that the client must be specific in what rooms and how many rooms are needed to be cleaned, and how he/she wants them cleaned. If there's more than two rooms for whichever services are chosen to be cleaned in allotted time provided, there's an extra fee that must be paid in full via PayPal invoice. We will not move any furniture or items that'll be in the way of cleaning, and pets must be absent during cleaning. Some services are extra, such as cleaning a refrigerator, stove, microwave, windows, glass doors, and excessive dirt left behind in a move out or general cleaning.

Outside of service area

If you're more than 20 to 50 miles outside our service area, you'll be charged a travel fee along with allotted time.
